GPAQ Services

Currently we have licensing agreements with the companies listed below to provide a GPAQ service to PCTs and practices. We recommend using them as they are experienced in analysing GPAQ. You will need to contact them directly to find out more details of the service they can provide and at what charge, as this is dependent on the size of your survey and on your requirements.

	CMI - We at CMI provide a data capture, analysis, and detailed and individual reporting service for GPAQ surveys. We have a long association with NPCRDC, and a great deal of experience in analysing the former GPAS, and now GPAQ questionnaires. We aim to be flexible, and to provide a service which meets your needs. We are constantly developing and improving our reports. 	InTime - We specialise in conducting Patient Surveys for individual GPs,Practices and PCOs. Post Consultation Survey, Postal Survey or Data Capture and Analysis only, ITD can help you. For Post Consultation surveys ITD provide Patient Survey Packs. If you require a Postal Survey we even do the packing and mailing for you! 	CFEP - We are a leading analyser of patient surveys for the new GP contract. We have worked with a number of national NHS organisations in providing feedback on patients’ experience including the Department of Health and various Royal Colleges of Medicine. We are a “one-stop shop” and can provide GP practices and primary care organisations with the necessary materials and support needed to help them make a difference to their quality of care. 	Medelect Solutions is a doctor-owned company specialising in providing online solutions for GPs and other health professionals throughout Primary and Secondary Care. We provide a completely online version of the GPAQ, with automatic, ongoing analysis and an end report. The questionnaire is also available in Welsh and other languages if required. 	PatientDynamics - We are an NHS/CHAI approved supplier of patient surveys. For surveys in the surgery we offer an out-of-the-box complete solution which eliminates any work for the practice. For postal surveys we offer survey packs prepared ready for labelling and posting. Questionnaires are available in several languages. Reports are available for PCTs and individual GPs. Data from surveys analysed by these companies will be provided to NPCRDC along with postcode details of the practices. This is for the purpose of maintaining national benchmarks for GPAQ scores and being able to relate these to basic practice characteristics (e.g. urban versus rural). Under no circumstances will NPCRDC publish identifiable data on practices.
