GPAQ in computer or web-based form
Currently we have licensing agreements with the companies listed on the previous page to provide a GPAQ service to PCTs and practices, using GPAQ in paper form.
We have provided on this page the details of three computer/web-based versions of GPAQ that we recommend for those who are considering using GPAQ in this form. We do not have licensing agreements with these companies as we have chosen to link licensing to printing and selling hard copies of GPAQ. There are currently no restrictions on providing a GPAQ service via electronic means (i.e. internet, PC based).
Therefore, if you are interested in administering GPAQ in a computer or web based form, we recommend the following versions of GPAQ.
GPAQ Touchscreen - is a computerised, touch-screen, version of the GPAQ questionnaire. Data is stored electronically and requires no paper-work. The Excel based analyser provides a detailed graphical analysis of the survey within the practice. Two sets of data may be compared within the analysis. The questionnaire may be displayed in Arabic, Bengali, English, Urdu or Welsh. Templates enable a practice to easily construct its own touch-screen questionnaire. GPAQweb - Free online version of GPAQ.
GP response - Fully featured solution with detailed report including graphical analysis. Patients can respond online at home or in the surgery. Data encryption, multiple surveys, realtime progress display.
