GPAQ in Word
We have converted the two versions of GPAQ into Word documents. This has been done for those practices who want to add their own questions to GPAQ, as the pdf version cannot be modified. Although you can add your own questions to GPAQ, you should not alter or remove any of the main questions. This is because only approved questionnaires may be used to earn the incentives in the GMS contract.
Please also note that the Excel and SPSS programs we have provided to analyse GPAQ data can only do so for the original versions. We are unable to offer support for modified versions of GPAQ. If you would like to use one of our GPAQ licensees to analyse your data, please check with them first that they are able to analyse any additions made to GPAQ.
The Word version can also be used to enlarge GPAQ for use by the visually impaired.
