This has been written in conjunction with the authors of the Improving Practice Questionnaire to help GPs and their staff use patient surveys to develop their practices.

Analysing GPAQ If you wish to analyse your own GPAQ data, we have several programs that can help you do this. If you are an individual practice, you can use either the Excel spreadsheet or the Access database. We would generally recommend using the Access database as it is more flexible and produces more detailed reports. However, we have kept the Excel spreadsheet available to download for those who may wish to use it. At PCT level, we recommend using either the Access database or SPSS. To use any of these programs you will need to have the software already installed on your computer.
